Tax-deductible option
Now you can make a tax-deductible donation to Callie's fund. To do so, please send a check to First United Methodist Church, 512 N. Main St., High Point, NC 27260. Please make the check payable to First United Methodist Church, and write "Callie Golden" on the memo line. The church will place contributions in a special account that it will use to help pay for Callie's medical expenses and equipment needs. The church will also send you a receipt for tax purposes.
Support SMA research and families
Help provide much-needed financial support for SMA research and families through non-profit organizations such as the SMA Foundation, Fight SMA and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
